Conditions of Rental

Bookings

1. No booking will be valid unless a completed, signed booking form and deposits have been received.
2. A security deposit of £100 and a rental deposit of £100 per week will be due at the time of booking.
3. Full rental payment is due 6 weeks prior to the start date of the booking.
4. The security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of the end of the booking period, subject to the condition of the rental property and contents.

Contract

5. Once a booking has been made and the necessary deposits received, the booking is firm and a booking confirmation will be sent.
6. You will be responsible for all loss and damage directly or indirectly or negligent act or omission by yourself or any person accompanying you.
7.The property owner shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any belongings, or injuries sustained by you or any members of your party.

Cancellation

8. Holiday cancellation insurance is not included in the rental. If you require this insurance you must make your own arrangements.
9. Any cancellation of booking must be made in writing. The date the letter is received being the cancellation date.
10. Bookings cancelled before 6 weeks from the booking start date will have the security deposit refunded but the rental deposit will be forfeit. Any other payments that may have been made will also be refunded.
11. Bookings cancelled within 6 weeks of the booking start date will be charged at 50% of the rental amount and the remainder refunded.

Complaints

12. Every effort is made to ensure your stay is enjoyable. If you have cause for complaint you must bring it to the attention of the housekeeper immediately so that a remedy may be sought.

Miscellaneous

13. No smoking inside the property.
14. The towels provided at the property are for use within the property only. Guests must provide their own beach towels if required.
